All of the manufacturing is completed at their plant which is located in Wildomar, California (since 1982).

FCP Structural Integrity, Experience = Advantage
FCP Barns is a licensed as a structural steel fabricator with the City of Los Angeles, CA using ICC certified and tested wall components. All of their factory welders are current on Certifications. All welding is performed in accordance with the latest editions of the AISC, AISI, AWS specifications.

Non-porous finishes on all steel lined products that eliminate the opportunity for air borne bacteria, E. coli and other bacterial enzymes which cause a d source of bacteria and organic material. Harbored bacteria like this can lead to serious respiratory and digestive issues. FCP Barn walls can be easily disinfected as needed, to assure a disease-free environment without having to replace or refinish any steel products.
Roll Formed Channel
Rolled formed channel on all ¾” channel which eliminates that chances of your equine or livestock animals from getting cut or losing any tail or mane feathers. The use of G185 galvanized coating and ¼” thick button shims which are placed the bottom wall channel to prevent wicking and allow for proper drainage.
Heat Resistive Coatings
Roofing colors are available that comply with ENERGY STAR ratings to can reduce roof surface temperature by up to 50F.
Weatherproof Wall Connections
Exclusive full length, c-channel wall connectors eliminate any cold weather drafts or blowing rain and snow from entering your barn thru wall connections, therefore maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature.
Insulated Wall Systems
Insulated wall systems are available up to 2 ¾” (nominal) for harsh weather climates, which helps to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.
