Wow, a state-of-the-art custom private equine facility and residence. Coffman Barns is extremely honored to be chosen, in collaboration with GC (Eagle Luxury Properties), as the equine facility builder, and project rep.
This luxury private facility, just minutes from WestWorld of Scottsdale, features 150′ x 200′ Bunger Steel riding arena with 50′ x 200′, cantilever shade overhangs, a 2′ elevated observation deck, and beautiful wood textured metal siding with black accents and wanes coating on the pop-out buildings.
The 24 back-to-back stalls feature FCP’s Buckeye wire stall fronts and special mesh dividers for easy hose-down cleaning. Each of the stall fronts features an easy-to-clean swing-out lower feed door that allows you to pre-load feeders and then close them when you’re ready. Four of the stalls are built for studs with 2′ higher walls, and two of these stalls have sliding dividers to become foaling stalls. There are two large tack rooms, two wash bays, and four grooming bays. There are also four tie stalls with swinging dividers that allow you to get a horse out if they go down. Plus this private facility features two turnouts, two patient pole training devices, a hay building, and a hot walker.
The private residence is just as beautiful. It features two separate apartments for guests. Coffman Barns was hired as the project rep to collaborate with Eagle Luxury Properties as the GC on record.
This state-of-the-art custom private equine facility features details that any horse trainer would dream of. The Cascada watering system is controlled with an app from your smart device that allows you to monitor and measure consumption. The arena features three 16′ fans and a rainwater system that allows you to literally make it rain. There are also twelve other (6′ and 8′) aisle fans to assist with ventilation and temperature control. The overhead stall misters, hose, and cord management system keep everything organized and off the ground. There is also rubber matting and fairer poly-last flooring throughout, and an early detection fire and sprinkling system for peace of mind.
