Coffman Barns completed this Maui Hawaii prefab modular barn project that features T1-11 wood siding on the exterior barn walls and the stall fronts. The owners plan to paint the barn to match the existing home. Steel siding was used on the sliding stall door side for horse health and safety.
Coffman Barns (FCP authorized dealer) Hawaii prefab modular barn project features a 4-stall, 12′ gable breezeway with three large 12′ x 16′ horse stalls, an 8′ storage room, and an 8′ open bay. FCP stalls are equipped with the most popular Titan stall fronts with an optional yoke door, rear sliding doors, and shutter windows on one side, while rear and side window shutters were installed on the other. The additional shutters provide natural cross-ventilation control. The stall Covered overhang porches provide run-in shelter from the hot sun and rain common to Hawaii.
