Equestrian Facility General Contractor – Part 1 (Completion Scheduled Early 2024)
Randy Coffman (Coffman Barns), recently named General Contractor for equestrian facility, was the consultant for the owner during the 2 yr+ design and permit process and is now the private owner’s representative.
This custom equestrian center and home was designed by Ryan Patrick Moore and is scheduled for completion in early 2024.
Coffman Barns was brought on board to oversee the equestrian project and he will also be doing all the equine improvements.
Coffman Barns also brought in Bunger Steel Buildings (Official Dealer) for the 40,000 + sqft equestrian facility that will consist of a 150′ x 200′ covered riding arena, and FCP Barns and Buildings for the 24 horse stalls and other equine components, supporting rooms for tack, hay, wash and groom bays, farrier area, and more. Other site amenities include a 2-story 4,000 sqft custom home that will feature 2 guest suites.
